From my ‘old school’ training in my father’s watchmaking and jewellery shop when I was a teenager, I value talking with you, my customers and students, to give you the best help I can to meet your needs. Gone are the days when I took the silver teapots from the display shelf or unwrapped them from a drawer, or carefully carried the Shelley and Royal Doulton tea sets, then spread them on the shop counter for the customer to choose the perfect one for their needs. Ah memories. But people were treated as real people back then, and spoken to as such - and shopping was not just a payment at the checkout or a click of a mechanical mouse.

In my “Shop Front” here, I aim to treat you as a REAL PERSON and not just a number after filling in a form and making a payment. Please phone me !!! Or email me and I’ll call you back. Placing your order via email is also a suitable alternative of course, if phoning is not convenient for you.

The ‘talking to you’ part of the shopping experience is what I really enjoy. I hope you do too.

Formulated to our own specifications and made exclusively for us at Genesis Creations, our Liquid Radiance Colours and Flat paints are all made in Australia. They are exclusively available from our Distribution Centre in Toowoomba, as well as our trained and qualified GC Teachers in Australia and some overseas countries.

Yes, our Stencil Burner is ‘the original and the best’, made in Australia, designed by Anne in coordination with electrical engineers to develop the perfect tool to cut the finest designs so simply. We have taken the comfort of a commercially recognisable handle and adapted its ‘inner workings’ to produce the superb results of which it is capable.

Chosen by me …

Our brushes and other painting accessories have been chosen by me (Anne) as the ‘right tools for the job’, to optimise our ability to achieve the BEST RESULTS in our creativity. Some items are made at our Distribution Centre. Others are purchased from Australian suppliers.

Shop with me via Zoom

  1. Phone or email me to arrange an appointment to ‘come’ to my Studio.

  2. We’ll talk about your interests and I’ll have the gear ready for you to see on the day.

  3. Zoom appointment can be from 15 mins to 1 hour, depending on what suits us both, and what we need to discuss on the day (or evening).

  4. You can place your order with me in person, and arrange payment by credit card or direct deposit into our bank.

  5. You will receive a free hand-coloured bag in your parcel as my thanks to you for Zoom Shopping ‘in person’.
