BACKGROUND .....

Hi, I'm Anne Mitchell, Owner of Genesis Creations™. I have taught fabric painting in Australia for over 36 years; and silk painting for the past 20 years, travelling extensively throughout the eastern states of Australia to demonstrate and teach these skills.

As a former High School Teacher, with experience in retailing through my family business history, I became involved in teaching fabric painting through an Australian company; then went on to management responsibilities within this company. The love of what I had done for many years, combined with my past experience in this field, led us to start our own Company, with our own unique concepts, in July 1999. I look forward to growing old in this business, in the happiness that I really enjoy what I do … what we do together!

Alan, my husband of 41 years, is Co-Owner of our company, taking care of financial management and order processing at our Distribution Centre.
